Age or disability can often see people struggling to lead independent lives at home where they want to be.
This home visit generally takes about 2 hours and assesses you in your environment, exploring where your difficulties lie.
This asessment looks at many areas from how you mobilise around your home to how you look after yourself with cooking or self care.
It can be as large scale as working with you to get your existing bathroom changed to a wetroom, to something as simple as installing a handrail to help you move up your front door step. We can discuss everything from the security of allowing carers into your home to hoist installation, from community alarms to wheelchair ramp access.
