Online  1:1 support

If COVID-19 had taught us anything it's that online support is a very useful tool for people to access the support they need, whether mental or physical.

We can use telephone, WhatsApp, Skype, Zoom, MS Teams or pretty much any other method to support you. We can even help you set it up!

​

Obviously it's not quite the same as speaking to someone face to face in the same room, but virtual meetings are becoming the norm now. Not only do they save travel costs and time, but they can be quick to arrange and far more environmentally friendly.

​

Once people get used to this fairly new technology and way of doing things, we can see it being far more widely used, as suddenly you don't have to worry about geography - you can take your favourite therapist with you!
